THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13177 of 2014 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.401 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Guntur Taluk Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 415, 420, 427, 440 and 506 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this matter.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
