Petitioner, who is A9 in Cr.No.80 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Thangalapally Police Station, Rajanna Siricilla District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 332, 353, 341 and 435 r/w 149 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to approach appropriate Court. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
