HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.23114 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file representation before the respondents as per G.O.Ms.No.54 dated 22.02.2014.

Permission for withdrawal is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of representation, respondents shall dispose of the same within four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner, in writing, within one week from taking such decision.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
