THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BIIASKAR REDDY UIRIT PETITION No.26879 OF 2o23 ORDER:
This writ petition is frled praying this Court to declare the inaction of respondent No.7 in registering a case against respondent Nos.B to 1O as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently to direct respondent No.7 to register a case against respondent Nos.8 to 10 and investigate the same 2.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that even though she has lodged a dated complaint O5.O7.2023 against respondent Nos.B to 10 and the contents of the said complaint disclose cognizable offenbe, respondent No.7 is not acting upon the szrme nor registering any case against respondent Nos.8 to 1O.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 7 has submitted that t acting on the petitioner's complaint, dated O5.O7.2O23, the respondents-police have conducted preliminary enquiry and as the said enquiry revealed that there are civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos.8 to
and O.S.No.3S of 2022 is pending, the said complaint was closed as "civil in nature".

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents-police have not furnished a copy of the said closure report to the petitioner so as to enable her to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

In view of the said submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondent No.7 to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner to enable her to take appropriate. steps in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
