O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed to declare that the action of the respondents particularly respondent Nos.3 to 6 to demolish Sri Rama Temple (Kodanda Ramaswamy Devalayam) without issuing any notice or without following any procedure, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to remove the Holy Idols of Sri Rama and Sitha from the temple.

During the hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for Sri Durga Malleswara Swamivarla Devasthanam appearing for the 3rd respondent has fairly conceded that the Government is initiating proceedings for acquisition of the land and till then they will not interfere with the possession of the temple except by following due process of law.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent, the respondents are directed not to demolish Sri Rama Temple (Kodanda

Ramaswamy Devalayam) and remove the Holy Idols of Sri Rama and Sitha from the temple without following the due process of law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
