JUDGMENT

This appeal is filed challenging the award and decree dated 28.04.2014 in M.V.O.P.No.169 of 2013 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 11.02.2017 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.

In view of the above submission, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. The award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
