ORDER:
Petitioner is Field Assistant. This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the order of termination of contract as Field Assistant. If petitioner has any grievance, he has to avail remedy by way of appeal to the District Collector. The said remedy is not availed and straightaway this writ petition is filed. This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage even before petitioner availed remedy of appeal.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to prefer appeal and direction to appellate authority to fix time limit to pass orders on appeal. Time limit cannot be fixed even before the appeal is preferred. However, it is needless to observe that if appeal is preferred, the same may be considered objectively, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such appeal.
