Learned counsel for the petitioner says that he has already circulated a letter dated 21-03-2016 to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim stay granted earlier on 05-11-2012 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
