The main grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is to register FIR pursuant to the complaint, dated 18.07.2019, lodged by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, a case in Crime No.220 of 2019 was registered on the file of the third respondent Police Station, and thus, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication any more. Recording the aforestated submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
