HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.16814 of 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the impugned order dated 17.06.2009 passed in OA No.57 of 2002 by the 1st respondent, against a dead person is null and void, inoperative, without jurisdiction and utter violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same.

2. Sri Bommagani Prabhakar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in a batch of Writ Petitions viz., W.P.No.16813 of 2009 and batch, vide common order dated 31.07.2015 and this matter is squarely covered by the said orders.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the common order dated 31.07.2015 in W.P.No.16813 of 2009 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
