I.A.No.4 OF 2025 This Interlocutory Application is filed by the petitioner to extend the time for further period of four (04) more weeks from the date of his release in PD Act case bearing RC.No.C1/1180/2025 dated 04.10.2025 thereby enabling the petitioner to surrender himself before learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class-Cum-Junior Civil Judge, Boath for furnishing the sureties in compliance with the order passed by this Court dated 12.09.2025 in CrlP.No.10554 of 2025 and dated 23.09.2025 in I.A.No.03 of 2025.

Heard both sides.

Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner herein for surrendering before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class-Cum-Junior Civil Judge, Boath, vide order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.10554 of 2025 and 23.09.2025 in I.A.No.03 of 2025, is further extended, directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class-Cum-Junior Civil Judge, Boath on or before 09.01.2026.
