Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed questioning entertainment of S.F.C.O.P.No.62 of 2016 by the Principal District Judge, Kadapa.

On instructions from the appellants, Sri K. Muralidhar Reddy, learned counsel representing them, requested for permission to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal with liberty to his clients to file a petition to set aside the sale.

The request of the learned counsel is accepted and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of appeal, CMA.MP.Nos.1060 and 1061 of 2017 filed by the appellants stand disposed of as infructuous.
