HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18856 of 2013 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent-University in not extending the affiliation to Sri Sai Balaji College of Education, Warangal for the academic year 2013-14 to start B.Ed. Course.

This Court on 27.09.2013, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.23047 of 2013, to the respondents to grant affiliation to the petitioner. In view of the relief sought in the main writ petition was granted by way of an interim order dated 03.07.2013, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
