RAMANA presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more in the nature of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and in connection with the orders passed by the Hon.ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.1802 of 2015 dated 6-4-2015 and to set aside the same as illegal and contrary to the Two Division Bench reported Judgments of the Hon.ble High Court i.e. (1) W.P.No.26654 of 2005 dated 9-82006 and (2) 2009
(2) ALD 402 by allowing the O.A.
