Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner for surrendering before the SHO, Echoda Police Station, Adilabad District, stands extended.

That being so, the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class cum Junior Civil Judge, Boath, on or before 05.02.2026.

In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is ordered.
