HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8827 OF 2021 ADVANCE ORDER:

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/A1 shall be released on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.245 of 2021 of Tukaramgate Police Station, Hyderabad, on his executing a personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, Tukaramgate Police Station, Hyderabad on the following conditions:

1. The petitioner shall personally appear before the Station House Officer on once in every 15 days between 12.00 Noon and 5.00 P.M., till completion of the investigation.

2. He shall co-operate with the investigating officer.

3. He shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not misuse the bail granted to him.
