This writ petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not considering the application of the petitioner dated 09.04.2018 for mutation of his name in municipal records in respect of house bearing municipal No.160/30/20/135, admeasuring 120 sq.yds in Sy.No.136, situated at Anjaiah Nagar, Gachibowli, Ranga Reddy District, by deleting the name of one K.Venkata Narasamma.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. Sri K.Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents rightly pointed out that without impleading the affected parties, this writ petition has been filed. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed only on the ground of non-joinder of necessary parties. However, petitioner is at liberty to file fresh writ petition by impleading necessary parties to the writ petition.
