HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9884 OF 2011 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of the interim order dated 15.04.2011, granted by this Court, construction was completed, as such no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is closed granting liberty to the respondents to take action according to law, if petitioners have violated any conditions of building permission granted to them, by following due process of law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
