This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue writ, direction or order one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking action on the representation dated 27.8.2015 seeking no objection certificate and also withdraw the letter bearing No.Proc.No.NN1/34576/07 dated 20.12.2009 and 24.12.2009 addressed to the Sub-Registrar, Moosapet, Hyderabad, deleting Survey No.135 and 140 from the prohibition list is illegal, arbitrary and the same is in violation of Article-300A of the Constitution of India." 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments only to the extent of directing respondent No.2 herein to dispose of the representation, dated 27.8.2015, of the petitioner expeditiously.

In the representation, dated 27.8.2015, the petitioner requested respondent No.2 to re-verify the records and pass appropriate orders and the same is pending since more than one year. Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 27.8.2015, of the petitioner and pass

appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two

(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
