HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR Tr.CMP.No.14 of 2014 O R D E R:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.97 of 2013 from the file of III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District. Wife filed this application and according to her affidavit, her marriage was performed on 27.02.2009 with the respondent at Juvvalapalem in West Godavari District and after the marriage she was harassed and necked out from the marital home and she is now residing with her parents at Bhimavaram. She stated that respondenthusband is threatening her to give divorce as and when she appeared before Kakinada Court in connection with this O.P. and she is facing difficulty in attending the Court and she has no male assistance and considering her convenience prayed for transfer of O.P. from Kakinada to Bhimavaram.

Respondent inspite of service of notice neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

Heard arguments.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the convenience of the wife O.P.No.97 of

2013 is withdrawn from III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District and transferred to Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District for disposal in accordance with law.

Transfer Petition is allowed accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
