This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.501 of 2011 of Balanagar Police Station, Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 423, 447, 468 and 506 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the police concerned filed a referred report so far as this petitioner concerned after completion of the investigation and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
