It is stated that after completion of the investigation, the Investigating Officer filed a Final Report stating that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are not proved and the complaint lodged by the do-facto complainant is false in nature. Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
