This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.p.rl.,) by the petitioner/Accused, to quash the proceedings against him in CC.No.214 of 2016 on the file of VIII Special Magistrare, Cyberabad, Hastinapuram, Ranga Reddy District. The offence alleged against the petitioner. is under Section 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

The Court where the CC was pending is now abolished. The stage of the Court below is not known. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending. 3.
