THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10611 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 16.9.2015 passed in Crl.M.P. No.912 of 2015 in Crime No.116 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Manuguru, Khammam District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
