This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners to quash the proceedings in D.V.C. No.2 of 2016 on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendra Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication and became infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
