THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 In/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.7685 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.456 of 2019 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 494 and 495 I.P.C.

During pendency of the Criminal Petition, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 came to be filed by the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant to permit her to compound the case against the petitioner/accused and to record the compromise. Both parties filed photographs and Photostat copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. Along with petitions, a joint memo, which is signed by parties and their counsel has been filed, wherein it is stated that at the intervention of elders and well-wishers, the parties have settled their disputes and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant has no objection if the proceedings are quashed against the petitioner/accused in the afore-stated crime.

In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the joint memo filed by the both parties is taken on record and I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are ordered.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of compromise, and the proceedings in Crime No.456 of 2019 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 494 and 495 I.P.C., are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused.
