OFFICE NOTE 15.03.2023 Dr.CSL, J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This is an application filed seeking the Court to relax the condition that was imposed upon the petitioner through orders in Criminal Petition No.8964 of 2021, dated 08.12.2021.

Heard Sri T.Sai Sruthin Rao, learned counsel, who argued on behalf of Sri C.Hari Preeth, learned counsel on record for the petitioner. Also, heard Ms. Urmila, learned counsel who is representing the learned Standing Counsel for ACB.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that by the aforesaid order, bail was granted in favour of the petitioner and while granting bail, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Police concerned on every Monday till completion of trial and the petitioner has been complying with the said condition till now. Learned counsel submits that trial has not yet commenced.

Learned counsel further submits that as the petitioner is complying with the said condition since more than a year, the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Standing Counsel did not raise Contd...,

Contd..., any objection for relaxing the condition.

Having regard to the fact that the condition imposed is properly complied with by the petitioner since more than a year, this Court considers it desirable to relax the condition as prayed for.

Resultantly, this application is allowed and the condition imposed regarding appearance of the petitioner before the Police concerned is hereby relaxed.
