2. Petitioner's request for grant of pattadar passbook is said to have been rejected under the impugned Memo No.B/334/2015 dated 27.05.2015.

3. This court would not, generally, entertain the writ petition, inasmuch as petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of preferring an appeal.
