Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to cancel the allotment of shops made in favour of the petitioners and trying to evict them i.e., the first petitioner from Shop No.10 and second petitioner from Shop No.8, situated in SC Corporation Shopping Complex, Mangalagiri Municipality, Guntur District pursuant to the notices dated 06.07.2017, issued by the third respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that pursuant to the show cause notice dated 06.07.2017, the petitioners submitted their explanation and without passing any orders on the said explanation, the respondents-authorities are trying to evict the petitioners from the said premises. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 does not dispute the same. 4.

Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the submissions made, which remained undisputed, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities not to evict the petitioners from their shops, till an order is passed pursuant to the explanation given by the petitioners, to the show cause notice dated 06.07.2017 issued by the fifth respondent. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
