THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO W.P.No. 26229 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2.

In this writ petition, petitioner Association challenges the orders of Tahsildar dated 7.10.2019 issued under Land Encroachment Act holding that four persons, whose names are mentioned thereunder, have encroached into Government land in Survey No.581 and 582 situated at Jawaharnagar village, Kapra mandal and illegally constructed RCC houses in July 2019 and their request to withdraw the notice under Section 7 of Land Encroachment Act was rejected.

3.

As seen from the order dated 7.10.2019, the order does not relate to petitioner Association. It is not known how the petitioner is claiming that its rights are being affected by virtue of the said order, necessitating institution of writ petition. It appears that the petitioner has also filed appeal against the said order. 4.

Be that as it may, since the order impugned does not relate to petitioner Association, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and therefore the same is liable to be dismissed. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, this order does not come in the way of appellate authority in disposing the appeal, if any filed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
