HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5782 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 seeking to relax the conditions with regard to appearance of the petitioner before the Station House Officer, Jeedimetla, on every month last Sunday, imposed in Crl.MP No.2315 of 2014 vide order, dated 08.12.2014, by the VI metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that from the date of granting bail, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed in the said order.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the condition with regard to appearance of the petitioner before the Station House Officer, Jeedimetla, on every month last Sunday, imposed in Crl.MP No.2315 of 2014 vide order, dated 08.12.2014, by the VI metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, is hereby relaxed.
