The relief sought in the writ petition is to register FIR pursuant to the complaint, dated 09.11.2019, lodged by the petitioner. Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, a case was registered on the file of the 5th respondent, and the cause in this writ petition does not survive any more.
