THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR W.P. NO. 30479 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner seeks consideration of his application for grant of pattadar pass book processed through M-Seva under receipt dated 4.8.2015.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the third respondent-Tahasildar received application of the petitioner and similar application from one Yarra Varalaxmi in respect of the same land, claiming under different documents and in view of the dispute of ownership, the third respondent rejected the request of the petitioner as well as Yarra Varalaxmi advising them to approach competent civil Court to settle their disputes. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that the petitioner has not received any such communication from the third respondent.
However, in view of the statement of the learned Government Pleader for Revenuer appearing for the respondents that the petitioner's application was rejected, this writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to communicate the order of rejection to the petitioner so as to enable him to take appropriate further steps in accordance with law. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
