THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.13200 of 2009 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. The relief sought for in the writ petition was in respect of back wages in addition to what has been granted by the Labour Court.

At this stage, this Court cannot adjudicate this writ petition on merits, more so, when the petitioner has not pointed any illegality or irregularity in the orders passed by the Labour Court, this Court cannot interfere with the orders passed by the Labour Court.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
