CVNR,J & MGR, J Date:06.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, direction or order more particularly in the nature of writ of certiorari declaring the action of 1st respondent in rejecting the complaint as against the respondents No.3 to 15 as unconstitutional, illegal and in violation of provision of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and set aside the order dated 18.03.2010 and direct the A.P.

State Commission Disputes Redressal Commission to take the case on file as against the respondents No.3 to 15 and to decide on merits by following due procedure".

After arguing the case, Mr.B.S.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to his clients to approach the National Consumer Redressal Commission, for the relief claimed in this writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2010 (W.P.M.P.No.25732 of 2010), I.A.No.1 of 2012 (W.P.M.P.No.42908 of 2012) and I.A.No.1 of 2014 (W.P.M.P.No.25610 of 2014) stand disposed of as infructuous.
