The petitioner states that she belongs to Scheduled Caste Community and landless poor person and therefore, she and 120 landless poor persons made representations to the Government and also before the A.P. State Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (for short 'the Commission'). The said representation was forwarded by the Commission vide letter, dated 08-04-2015 to the 2nd respondent. The petitioner complains that no further action is taken on the said representation since then by respondents 1 to 3. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. The petitioner, who is one of the applicants, has approached this Court by way of present writ petition.

However, whether the petitioner and others are eligible as per the policy of the State and whether the land proposed is available, are all matters, which are required to be considered by respondents 1 to 3. If the request of the petitioner and others is not yet been considered, respondents 1 to 3 shall examine their request on its own merits in accordance with the policy of the State and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.
