Petitioner is running several institutions. There are aided posts and in spite of several efforts made by the petitioner, the aided posts are not filled up. Earlier, ban was imposed. In view of the said ban, no recruitment was allowed. The Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.216 of 2014, issued orders permitting the Managements to appoint persons to aided posts subject to condition that they should bear their financial burden of payment of salaries to such teachers. Several representations are submitted on behalf of the Managements seeking permission to fill up the aided posts and this Court granted interim directions. In the case on hand, after lifting of ban, petitioner made representation on 09.03.2018 seeking permission to fill up the vacancies. But, so far no decision is made.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education agree for disposal of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Regional Joint Director of School Education, the 2nd respondent, to examine the representation made by the petitioner and to pass orders thereon.

Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to examine the representation dated 09.03.2018 of the petitioner and to pass orders in accordance with

law by assigning due reasons in support of the decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
