HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 4497 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 13.07.2015, passed the following interim order:- "In view of the above circumstances, pending further orders, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the applicant for transfer from Plain Area to Agency Area in the ensuing transfer counseling, if the counselling is not conducted so far."

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim order dated 13.07.2015, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR) and prays this Court to close the writ petition (TR).

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
