THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.71 of 2007 ORDER:

In view of the orders passed by this Court on 25.11.2019 in I.A.No.1 of 2019, the judgment, dated 09.01.2007, in Criminal Appeal No.55 of 2006 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial Communal Offence Cases-cum-VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court, Hyderabad, is set aside. 2.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed. 3.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that non-bailable warrant is issued against the petitioner. In the light of the orders passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019, the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner/accused, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 17.04.2018, is hereby recalled.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
