O R D E R

The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent - Insurance Company to pay the amounts under the insurance policies in question to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 1st respondent has repudiated the claim of the petitioner under the said polices and hence the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition to challenge the proceedings rejecting her claim. Therefore, he seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to initiate fresh proceedings.
