HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7664 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the Station House Officer, Khammam Rural Police Station, Khammam District, to forthwith release the stock i.e., 40 bags of Vimal Pan Masala worth Rs.1,94,700/ - seized in connection with Crime No.387 of 2019 by permitting the petitioner to furnish the third party surety before the learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Khammam.

Today, at the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
