HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21645 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging orders of the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad dated 19.11.2002 in I.D.No.85 of 2000. 2 . First respondent herein approached Labour Court-I, Hyderabad challenging the order of removal and the Labour Court, after considering the contentions and rival contentions of both parties, partly allowed the application directed petitioner-Corporation to pay the recovered amount. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

3. This Court granted interim stay on 24.12.2003 on condition of depositing half of the amount with costs before the Labour Court and permitted first respondent herein to withdraw the same without furnishing any security.

4. As seen from the record, the writ petition against first respondent herein, who filed M.P.No.6 of 2001 before the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad was dismissed on 16.12.2011 for non-compliance of order dated 16.08.2004.

5. Since this writ petition is dismissed against beneficiary-first respondent, no cause survives and as such the writ petition is closed. No costs.

6. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
