Sri T.Mahender Rao, learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the appellant - Insurance Company, filed a letter dated 13.12.2018, in the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw this Appeal. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Motor Accidents Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount in terms of the award, dated 10.06.2014, passed by the I Additional District Judge, Krishna at Machilipatnam, to the credit of M.V.O.P. No.212 of 2011 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The amount already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondents/claimants are entitled to withdraw their respective share of amount, as per the award dated, 10.06.2014.
