ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the common order, dated 30.08.2012, in O.A.No.9857 of 2011 and batch, in respect of O.A.No.14 of 2012, on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, and consequently, to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment as Secondary Grade Teachers in the existing/unfilled vacancies in Visakhapatnam District, which are meant for local candidates only, pursuant to the selections made in District Selection Committee (DSC) - 1998.

2. At the hearing, Mr.A.Sai Sushil Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.C.Raja Shekar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. The request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is accepted.

4. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.13011 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
