O R D E R

Mr. V. Ramu, learned counsel representing Mr. D. Ravishankar Rao, learned counsel for the respondents has furnished to this Court the letter of the petitioner dt.12.12.2022 whereunder the petitioner agreed to the full and final settlement arrived at between him and the respondents and received a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- towards gratuity, terminal benefits and other allowances, and he has sought closure of this Contempt Case. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confirmed the above details. 3.

In view of the same, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dt.23.12.2021 in W.P.No.18396 of 2003 is complied with. 4.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
