This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.270 of 2011 of Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 16.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurabad and P.R.C.No.86 of 2011 was assigned. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
