This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 14.02.2018, passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.4683 of 2018.

Sri G. Vasantha Rayugu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the contempt case. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the contempt case.
