THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23031 of 2018 ORDER:

A counter affidavit deposed by the Deputy Commissioner, Secunderabad Circle, GHMC, is filed. In paragraph No.6 of the said counter affidavit, it is stated that the Corporation granted building permission vide permit No.1/18B/10372/2018, dated 25.01.2018.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition does not survive. Therefore, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to question the same, if he is advised, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
