HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7747 of 2019 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) read with Section 440 Cr.P.C., seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar, vide order dated 26.09.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.815 of 2019 in Cr.No.67 of 2019, directing the petitioners to appear before the Station House Officer, Dhanwada Police Station, on every Monday and Friday between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM., until further orders or till filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been complying with the aforesaid condition regularly. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the aforesaid condition imposed by Court below while granting bail vide order dated 26.09.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.815 of 2019 in Cr.No.67 of 2019, is hereby relaxed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
