ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 24.10.2008, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. Since the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
